Andrea Margida is an innovation ecosystem architect dedicated to designing and implementing transformational global innovation programs. With extensive expertise in Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design Innovation Processes, she has made significant contributions to various initiatives.

As Co-founder and Executive Director of CentreWorks, Andrea designed and operated a customized community-building innovation center for rural Central Kentucky. This award-winning initiative played a crucial role in community innovations related to food access and downtown navigation, as well as in developing small business value propositions for over 20 founders.

A lifelong entrepreneur, teacher, and thought leader, Andrea has conducted international workshops for women in innovation and regenerative agriculture. She is passionate about transforming communities by identifying, uniting, and supporting local talent through the creation of innovation ecosystem hubs.
